A member of the SDF staff since 2011, Kate acts as the liaison between SDF, our canine handlers, their fire departments and task forces. Kate manages SDF’s Search Team Fund benefits programs, as well as supports handler candidates through the Handler Training Program, their initial immersion and education before partnering with their search dogs. In addition, Kate supports all philanthropy and donor relations by acting as a liaison between the Search Team Operations and Philanthropy teams.
